Spicy Quinoa Burrito Wrap Bowl

Spanish Style Quinoa with beans and avocado in a wrap


1 Bell Pepper - diced
2 Scallions - sliced
165g sweetcorn
1/2 lime juice and zest
75g of Black Beans
Pinch of Salt
Sliced Jalapeño Peppers (optional)
1 pack of Spanish Style Quinola
Sliced Avocado - to serve
Fresh cilantro - to serve
Corn Tortilla


Simply mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Garnish with the slices of avocado and chopped fresh cilantro. Transfer the mix into a warm tortilla wrap or eat as a salad.
