Verbena Cabbage with Tempeh & Tahini Yoghurt on a bed of Lentil and Quinoa
Mindfulchef have whipped up a gorgeous vegan dish using our lentil and wholegrain quinoa. Good-for-you cabbage is especially delicious when charred. Pair with creamy aubergine yoghurt, earthy lentils, quinoa, crunchy pistachios and golden tempeh. A colourful, flavourful vegan feast to brighten up your weeknight dinners. Serves 2.

This is ideal for a super quick lunch which doesn't need a hundred ingredients!
Sumac Tempeh Kebab Bowl & Quick Pickled Onion
This is a Mindful Chef x Quinola collaboration recipe. Add flavour to your plate fast with curry-spiced tempeh, Indian-style quinola and fragrant aubergine mezze. Add in black olives, fresh tomatoes and pickled onion and you’ve got a Middle Eastern-inspired feast that’s ready in minutes. Serves 2.
