Nutty Quinoa Granola

Ingredients2 tbsp maple syrup3 tbsp solid coconut oilPecans, walnuts, cashews and pistachios – and any other nuts you fancy throwing in!1 teaspoon ground cinnamonMixed spice½ teaspoon of nutmegPinch of salt1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract1 cup of oats1/2 cup uncooked pearl Quinola1/4 cup coconut flakesHandful of dried cherries MethodChop the nuts and the cherries. Ingredients200g Quinola, uncooked or ready cooked saved in fridge Array of mushrooms 2 medium onions, finely chopped espresso cup of chopped parsley, garlic to taste Cooking oil of your choiceolive, sunflower, walnut, peanut, etc Method Boil quinoa if starting from scratch, in lightly salted water for an appropriate time depending on colour.Add chicken bouillon cube if wished.
