Dark chocolate and quinoa brownies

Ingredients70g dark chocolate100g unsalted butter2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder200g caster sugar1tsp gluten free baking powder2 eggs50g quinoa flour1tsp vanilla essencepinch of salt PREPARATIONPreheat an oven to 160˚C and butter and line a 20 cm square baking tin. METHOD Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl on a very low setting in a microwave or in a bowl over a pan of hot water.In a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar together until creamy and fold in the rest of ingredients together with butter and chocolate mix.Bake for 30 minutes.
