Ingredients
70g dark chocolate
100g unsalted butter
2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
200g caster sugar
1tsp gluten free baking powder
2 eggs
50g quinoa flour
1tsp vanilla essence
pinch of salt
PREPARATION
Preheat an oven to 160˚C and butter and line a 20 cm square baking tin.
METHOD
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl on a very low setting in a microwave or in a bowl over a pan of hot water.
In a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar together until creamy and fold in the rest of ingredients together with butter and chocolate mix.
Bake for 30 minutes.
