How long do you cook quinoa for?
It’s a bit like how long do you cook rice or pasta for? It all depends on the variety and how soft or crunchy you like it. There is a pictogram of a cooking pot on the side of the Quinola pack that will tell you how long to boil in water. 12 minutes for an al dente result with , 14 for Red and 20 minutes for Black.
