Quinoa And Indian Style Chickpeas With Kale And Spinach
Ingredients
  • 2 handfuls of fresh washed spinach
  • 2 handfuls chopped kale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 pack of Quinola Express Quinoa & Indian Style Chickpeas
In a large frying pan, place the oil on medium heat, add the spinach and kale with a cup of water. Cook for a few minutes with a lid on, until all wilted and cooked. Add the Quinola Express Quinoa & Indian Style Chickpeas pack to warm it through. Stir well and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chili flakes (optional) and serve.
