Ingredients
1 pack of Puy lentils and wholegrain quinola
1 thinly sliced green apple
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
handful of walnuts
handful of black grapes
chunk of blue cheese like stilton or similar
flat leaf parsley to garnish
dressing
1tbs balsamic
2tbsp olive oil
2 tsp of honey
Method
In a small bowl or a jar mix dressing. Layer a serving late with quinola and lentils sliced apples, celery and walnut. Crumble the blue cheese on the top and drizzle with the balsamic dressing and finish with flat leaf parsley
