3 eggs whisked

1 small carrot grated

130g cheese grated

60g cooked peas

50g cooked chopped broccoli

Method
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Line a muffin tin with paper muffin cases. Scoop the mix into each case and bake in an oven (160 ̊C) for 20 minutes.
