Indian spiced Quinola with paneer cheese. (serves 2)

Bowl of Indian spiced quinoa with spinach, paneer and cashew nuts


1 pack of Indian paneer cheese 200g diced into 1cm cubes

1 tbsp butter or ghee for frying

small pack 100g of fresh spinach

handful of cashew nuts

fresh chilli (optional)

1 pack of Indian spiced Quinola


In a large frying pan melt the butter over a medium heat. Add Paneer cheese and fry until golden brown on all sides. Set aside. Using the same pan wilt all the fresh spinach. Place it in a colander and make sure that you drain all of the excess water. Using the same large frying pan, add the Indian spiced quinoa, warming it slowly on a medium heat with a splash of water. Add all remaining cooked ingredients and sliced chilli pepper (optional). Serve hot
