Sweet Potato Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 pack of Quinola Baby carrot and red lentils

3 tablespoons whole wheat flour

1 tablespoon of millet flour

1 egg

1 drop almond essence

1 tablespoon of date syrup

A pinch of salt

A pinch of baking powder

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

 

Preparation:

Mix the Quinola baby with the remaining ingredients using a blender. Melt coconut oil on a frying pan. Using a spoon, place portions of dough (mixed ingredients) on the pan. Fry about 4 minutes on each side. Serve with your favourite toppings.
