Sushi Buddha Bowl

(serves 2)

Ingredients

2 raw salmon pieces skin removed, sliced thinly

cucumber

carrot

edamame beans

sea weed

sesame seeds

soy sauce

150g cooked quinoa

1tsp sushi seasoning

Preparation

Add the sushi seasoning to the cold cooked quinoa and mix well.

Arrange all of the above in a bowl and serve with side dish of soy sauce.
