Sushi Buddha Bowl

Ingredients
  • 2 raw salmon pieces skin removed, sliced thinly

  • cucumber

  • carrot

  • edamame beans

  • sea weed

  • sesame seeds

  • soy sauce

  • 150g cooked quinoa

  • 1tsp sushi seasoning

PREPARATION

(serves 2)

Add the sushi seasoning to the cold cooked quinoa and mix well.

Arrange all of the above in a bowl and serve with a side dish of soy sauce.
