Quinoa, red berries & Greek yogurt



Pearl Quinoa

Red berries: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries

Greek yogurt (coconut/soya yoghurt works too for vegan options)

Honey (agave for vegans)


Boil the quinoa for 12 minutes. Let it cool. Alternatively use one of our packs of Express Quinoa for a perfectly cooked and instant alternative.

In a dessert cup, place a layer of yogurt followed by red berries and then the quinoa. Then again add the red berries on top and drizzle with honey.
