Quinoa Mushrooms Quisotto

Ingredients:

400g of Pearl quinoa

300g of fresh mushrooms

Parsley

1 stock cube

Parmesan

Olive oil

1 onion

Salt

Pepper

Preparation:

Boil the quinoa for 12 minutes then drain.

In the meantime, chop the mushrooms and fry

Brown the onion

Add the quinoa with 1 pint of stock

Once cooked add the mushrooms and parmesan

Add the parsley
