Gooey Chocolate Brownies
70g Dark chocolate (can use vegan e.g. vego bar or rawchoccompany)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
200g of sugar
2 eggs (or vegan butter/coconut oil)
1 teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder
50g of quinoa flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 160 °c. Butter a square or rectangular cake pan.
Melt the chocolate and butter together in the Bain Marie.
In a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar together until you get a creamy consistency.
Incorporate the rest of the ingredients and the chocolate preparation.
Cook for 30 minutes.
