Gluten Free Nana Cream Quinola Pudding

 

Pudding:

2 tbsp ready to cook Express Quinoa Pearl and Black (90 seconds in microwave)

2 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Agave Syrup

1 tbsp Shredded Coconuts

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

Mix all in a mug and place overnight or 6-8 hours in the refrigerator. Transfer in a mason jar the next day. Blueberries Nana Cream:

1 1/2 frozen Bananas

1 handful Blueberries

1/2 cup Water

Blend in a high speed blender and transfer in mason jar, on top of pudding. Carrot Nana Cream:

1 small Carrot

1 1/2 frozen Bananas

2 Kumquats

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 cup Water
