Christina Canassa & her husband Godofrido

  Christina spends most of her time looking after the livestock. She would like to get a bit more mechanisation to plough fields etc but tractors still financially out of reach, so ends up ploughing fields with bullock. 1 hectare takes about 2 days to plough this way , as opposed to a tractor that can do it in 1 ½ hours. They don’t have much spare time, as farmers always things to do. They don’t have a television but when at home they like listening to the radio. They have been part of coop since 2002, and have 1 hectare of quinoa
