Ceviche- quinola delights
Myself and James had the pleasure of trying out some of the quinoa based dishes in Soho’s Ceviche. As a very good restaurant they would obviously only use Peru’ finest quinoa and here are the pics. Above is their Ensalada de Quinoa (or quinoa salad). A fresh mix of pearl quinoa, tomatoes, avocado, butter beans and coriander with lime and limo chili vinaigrette.
We then tried their daily special: a take on the Andean Saltado. A wok cooked stir fry of chicken on a bed of pearl quinoa.
Last, but not least, of their quinoa inspired dishes that we tried was the above: skewers of octopus and sausage on a bed of pearl & black quinoa.
